Application Process and Forms:
Local coursework applicants MUST:
- Complete the On-Line Application for Admission
- Provide the following supporting documentation:
- A detailed CV (including working history if applicable, specifying if the positions were part time or full time and the number of years/months employed),
- Transcripts for ALL Courses completed including an explanation of the grading system used. Students who have studied at the University of Melbourne do not need to provide this information.
- Evidence of Course completion if not included on the Transcript
- Master of Public Health Applicants only: A personal statement of 250 words or less outlining why you wish to enrol in the MPH.
- Referee Reports (see below for further explanation)

Whilst you do have the option to attach documentation to your on line application it is preferable that you do not attach the documents but just send them to us directly. Documentation must reach us before the deadline for applying. Please ensure that all your documents are clearly marked with your Name and the Course you are applying for.
Referee Reports:
Advanced standing (without credit) is points granted towards the degree for work experience gained prior to entry into the course. In the Master of Public Health you may be granted:
- up to 25 Points of Advanced Standing if you have a minimum of two years’ documented health related work experience; or
- up to 50 Points of Advanced Standing if you have a minimum of two years’ documented public health related work experience.
